We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for change of mind, provided the items are returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. The item must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The refund process may take several business days to appear in your account.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are guaranteed. If an item is faulty, not as described, or damaged upon arrival, we will offer you a choice of a refund, replacement, or repair.
Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe from the date of purchase. We may require evidence of the fault or damage, such as photos or a description of the issue. For eligible faulty or damaged items, we will also cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain items such as face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, and swimwear if the hygiene seal is broken or tags are removed. Sale items may also have specific return conditions, which will be stated at the time of purchase.
